  • Minimum order of $25
  • Net payment due 30 days from invoice date
  • Invoices not paid according to terms are subject to monthly service charges of 1.5% per month (18% annually)
  • Shipments are normally made via the most economical route
  • Orders under $500 are shipped F.O.B. Columbus, OH. There is a minimum $9 shipping and handling charge
  • Orders over $500 are prepaid to destination, within the continental United States
  • All special orders, non-catalog items, are subject to a shipping and handling charge
Claims, Defects & Damage
  • Claims for shortage must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment
  • Items defective in manufacture will be replaced without charge
  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective material and does not extend to damages, losses due to the use or inability to use, or failure to follow specific instructions in the use of any of our products
  • No returns will be accepted without written authorization or after 60 days from invoice date
  • Special orders are not returnable
  • When orders are filled correctly, and unless defective material is involved, returns are subject to a 25% handling charge
