Yes, you will have the option to place an online order with a purchase order number or credit card payment.
Yes, depending on your location, we do have outside sales representatives that could visit and help with any plumbing replacement part solution.
For any items purchased in the past 30 days you can go to your account, orders, and pick the items you would like to return. Please see our return policy for more information.
This will be taken care of in the account set up, we will need a copy of your tax exemption certificate, you can email service@rojen.com or reply with the certificate in the account set up email.
Please fill out the new account form online (Log In) and we will send an email letting you know when your account is active. Note that we only sell directly to commercial accounts such as hospitals, schools, universities, prisons, property management companies and health care facilities.
